It is a good weight for summer and adding a blanket will be fine for winter. The stiching is nice and the queen size quilt fits fine on my pillow top bed. The shams for the queen quilt fit fine with just one pillow in them. (Other sets that I have purchased in the past require two pillows to fill the sham). The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the color is a little off. Amazon says blue and other sites said the color was slate blue. It is more towards the color slate blue though it needs a shade or two more gray to be what I would consider slate blue. |
