I had previously ordered him a tommy hillfiger duvet cover that he didn't like since he felt it was too heavy and not very soft, even after I washed it several times.
This one he loves. He said it was like sleeping under a pile of puppies. It is very lightweight and soft.
The indigo / blue color is the color of a dark pair of blue jeans. the buttons are brown and i believe they are the coconut tie closures mentioned in the description as for the ivory color only.
I have only washed them once so far and they did wash up well. I am hoping they can hold up under what will probably be rough treatment.
My only wish was that there was some sort of button or tie on the inside corners to attach to his duvet. But since he is so happy with it, I will sew them in for him as I have done on others that didn't come with ties

It hasn't shrunk, faded, and the buttons are still intact. I will order the sheets and shams in the future. Happy with the purchase.
