Check the measurements-, April 1, 2009 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Park B. Smith Crawford Bedspread (Kitchen) Very often bedding measurements don't tell you which is width and which is length. It's usually agreed that the biggest number is the width measurement and the smaller number is the length measurement (because most beds are the same length, while widths vary.) So, as this bedspread didn't indicate which measurement was which, I made that assumption. Wrong.
If you're expecting this to fit your bed as in the picture accompanying the description, you'll be disappointed. Bedspreads are supposed to come to the floor, but the queen I ordered hangs about a foot off the floor on both sides, which doesn't fit the definition of a bedspread at all and makes the picture completely misleading.
The color is rich and very pretty, but you'll want to be sure of the dimensions if you're expecting a bedspread.

Smith Crawford Bedspread (Kitchen) I love the look, feel, weight and fit, but ,heavens!, the lint. After two washings and dryings plus several air fluffs, handfuls of lint are still being shed. I'm afraid I won't have any spread left.

The only negative comment is that the color gold is very dark and is different than the picture shown however I do recommend this product.
